Function: In whole brewing system, there are two part to use steam heating, the one is mash tun, the one is kettle.
Steam Mash Tun is a vessel used in the mashing process to convert the starches in crushed grains into sugars for fermentation. The mashing tun/kettle is made out of stainless steel or copper.
The Steam Mash Tuns are insulated to maintain a constant temperature. The Steam Mash Tun can be single-function or can also have a false bottom and spigot so that the sparging process can be done in the same vessel.
Steam jacket design will allow the systems are designed to do both decoction mashing and infusion mashing.

Function: Grain mash
1.Effective volume: 500L, total volume: 670L.
2.Inside surface: SUS304, TH: 3mm. Inner packling passivation.
Outside surface: SUS304, TH: 2mm;
Thermal insulation material: rock wool, thickness: 100MM.
3.Heating method: steam heating jacket, heating area:1.5㎡, bottom and side of the tank. Jacket steam pressure ≤0.30MPa.
5. Manhole, top glass manhole with LED light, size: 450mm.
6.Temperature measurement method: PT100 temperature probe.
7.Cleaning method: Fixed rotate double cleaning ball.
8.Machinical Agitation: at the top agitator with VFD frequency control. Power:2.2kw, Speed 30RPM.
9. Indoor exhaust device, with steam condenser pipe.( (condensate drop to drainage directly).
10.With: hydrator, thermometer, level with scale display, all necessary valves and fittings;
11.Stainless steel legs, with screw assembly to adjust leg height
12. Process: TIG welding, polished inside and outside, no welding dead, fluid quality assurance.
Function: boiling&whirlpool
1.Effective volume: 500L, total volume: 670L.
2.Inside surface: SUS304, TH:3mm.
